Please find below two Code of Conducts for parents of riders under the age 18yrs and riders 18yrs and over representing England 2019 in any capacity.
These are applicable to parents of England riders or riders age 18yrs and over that have either been selected to represent an England team at the European or World Team Championships or are competiting as England Individual at the European Championships in 2019.
Please can you sign and return this form to me – firstname.lastname@example.org (email or post 28 Hazeldell, Watton at Stone, Hertford, Herts SG14 3SN), pass to a member of the England committee or for team selected riders, your trainer by 8th July 2019 (if a committee member or trainer please confirm to me the date you passed it to them). If we do not receive this form signed we are unable to allow the selected/entered rider to travel to the competition.
