MGAGB organises shows and events for its members all over Great Britain. There are competitions for teams, pairs and individuals. In order to take part in these competitions you must be a member of MGAGB.
MGA(GB) also provides displays at many of Britain’s top country and county shows and these displays give members the opportunity to display their riding skills to the public.
FINDING A TEAM
The age groups are Minis (under 12), Juniors (under 17) and Open.
Ages taken from 1st January in each year.
Ponies must not exceed 14.2hh (148cm), excluding shoes if worn.
Riders do not have to ride for the County where they live, but can ride for any team in the country. The best way to get involved and to join a team is to look at the mgagb.co.uk website under "Classified Ads" and click on "Teams Wanting Riders". You can then contact the teams advertising. Alternatively you can advertise under "Riders Wanting Teams". You will also find details of all County Reps under MGAGB Officials on the website - click here.
