After several amendments due either to changes in riders or errors, below are the latest individuals lists. If anything is incorrect please either email me – firstname.lastname@example.org or amend the master document at the briefing.
WEST GLAMORGAN RED & MID CHESHIRE HAVE WITHDRAWN
Due to gaps in the programme, Davy Quinn, Chief Referee, has drawn some random numbers and the following changes will apply (the online score sheets have been amended):

The UK Masters has been allocated by head office to the Northern Region to setup and maintain the rings. Please find below the rota for Counties responsibilities over the weekend.

8.30 pm Referees Briefing in the Joe Hallam Pavilion
The Officials Rota is below. The second page is a check list. If you are unable to do any of your duties please go to see your box manager rather than email, unless it is first thing on Saturday. If you are willing to be called to help out when someone has not turned up please leave your mobile number with your box manager. Please remember that although you may be enjoying yourselves, if someone turns up for their duty please do not tell them they are not needed, please hand over to them. Please fill in the finals where you can.
For some reason I cannot add the Newark Ring Saturday and Sunday rota to the pdf, so have created a separate document:

Above is a plan of the showground showing the areas we can park. Also a pdf which can be downloaded and printed: NEWARK SHOWGROUND. Due to the large number of entries, parking will be tight, so please make sure corrals do not exceed 5m x 5m per pony. If your corral is larger than this you will be asked to reduce it. Failure to comply may lead to disciplinary action. Teams should not save vast areas for their team members, especially when you leave a lot of space at the back, which is inaccessible to late arrivals. You may be asked to move to fill in any space. Please park so emergency vehicles can get access through the showground.
Your show managers are Morag and Jodie. Their mobile numbers are on the plan, but please do not phone them before Friday with any queries or for the gate code (they will not have the code until Friday and will not be available after 10pm)
Any queries before Friday to me or Mary, but again no requests for the gate code. The gate code should not be published on social media for obvious reasons.
PLEASE SHUT ALL GATES – EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN LEFT OPEN WHEN YOU REACH IT. THIS IS FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL PONIES. AGAIN ANYONE CAUGHT LEAVING A GATE OPEN MAY BE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINARY ACTION.
