FUTURE STARS PAIRS ENTRY FORM ONLY

Class 1 – Under 17 pairs – riders must come from the under 14 or under 17 age groups

Class 2 – Open pairs – riders must come from the  under 17 or open age groups

These classes are open to Novice riders and Novice horses.

It is advised that a ‘Novice’ has not competed at more than two Championship Shows and not be in their 3rd or more season.

ENTRIES:

– Entries will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
PLACES CANNOT BE RESERVED BY TELEPHONE OR EMAIL.
– No entry will be accepted without payment of the FULL ENTRY FEE.
– Post-dated cheques CANNOT be accepted.
– Places CANNOT be reserved without full payment.
– Entries will be acknowledged when they are accepted.
– Full competition details, including games, timings, etc. will be issued to all riders nearer to the date of the
competition.
– All competitors must be members of MGA(GB) Ltd. or pay temporary membership.
– Closing dates for entries is FRIDAY 2nd June 2017

ENTRY FEES:

Entry fee is £90 PER PAIR

The closing date for entries is FRIDAY 2ND JUNE 2017. There will be no cancellation refunds after this date unless a Veterinary Certificate or Doctor’s letter is produced. All cancellation refunds incur a £10 administration fee (for refunds to an overseas bank account, bank charges will be deducted).

GAMES & RULES:

All games and rules will be found in the International Mounted Games Association Rule Book.

RIDERS WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THE RULES BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION.

 

All riders MUST be fully paid up members of MGA (GB) Ltd.  All rules are as per the MGA(GB) Rules and Handbook, or should pay temporary membership for the weekend.

LIABILITY:

Neither the Organisers, nor any person acting on their behalf, accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, illness or injury to ponies, horses or any other person or property whatsoever.

INSURANCE:

All members of MGA (GB) Ltd. are covered by the Association’s Third Party Public Liability Policy. It is up to each rider to insure him/herself and their pony or property.

COMPETITION DETAILS

Riders will compete in one heat and a final.  A full list of competition details, including games, timings etc. will be sent to all competitors in advance of the competition.

REFUSAL

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry into the competition or refuse admittance to the Showground. No reason will be given for so doing.
