PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU PAY BY THE CLOSING DATE – 28TH FEBRUARY. After 28th February the programme will be finalised, therefore if you want to enter after you risk there not being a space whereas at the moment it is open to any number of entries.

Entries for the competition will open on 9th January 2017 and will close on 28th February 2017. Competitors may enter only one class.
Entries will not be accepted without an accompanying entry fee of £225. This includes competition entry fee , evening entertainment and the Gala dinner on Wednesday evening.
A limited amount of Hook up is available and will be charged for – further details available soon. Stables are not included in the entry fee and can be booked – details on the following link: STABLES
Supporters packages and details of local accommodation etc will be available shortly.
The closing date for entries will be 28th February 2017. There will be no cancellation refunds after 30th June 2017 unless a Veterinary Certificate or Doctor’s letter is produced. All cancellation refunds incur a £25 administration fee (overseas riders the bank charges will also be deducted).
All riders will receive a commemorative souvenir and rosettes in all finals. Heat winners in all age groups will receive a 1st place rosette.

GAMES & RULES:
All games and rules will be found in the International Mounted Games Association Rule Book.
RIDERS WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THE RULES BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION.
Neither the Organisers, nor any person acting on their behalf, accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, illness or injury to ponies, horses or any other person or property whatsoever.
All members of MGA (GB) Ltd. are covered by the Association’s Third Party Public Liability Policy. It is up to each rider to insure him/herself and their pony or property.
A full list of competition details, including games, timings etc. will be sent to all competitors in advance of the competition.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry into the competition or refuse admittance to the Showground. No reason will be given for so doing.
