Executive Assistant for World Class Performance Director
A unique opportunity to be at the epicentre of the World Class Programme and the preparations for the 2018 World Equestrian Games and the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
We require a pro-active individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join the World Class Team as Executive Assistant to the Performance Director. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team and will therefore need to be able to demonstrate an ability to be responsible for a broad range of tasks and to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. They will have good organisational and co-ordination abilities combined with first rate administrative skills, and should be able show that they can develop good working relationships with a diverse range of people in order to work in close consultation with relevant stakeholders to achieve targets and deadlines. The nature of the role is such that some work may need to be undertaken over weekends or in the evenings.
